We’re so excited to announce an upcoming opportunity to volunteer over a WEEKEND. It’s a great time to give back to camp with a little hard work and good fun while enjoying spring in the mountains.

Spring volunteers always tackle our #1 priority, FIRE CLEARANCE, which entails raking leaves and picking up downed branches.  If weather permits we will stain deck rails, and repair and stain benches and picnic tables.

You may arrive as early as 11am on Friday, May 9th and bring a picnic lunch to enjoy. Camp will provide delicious meals after working up an appetite from your labor of love.

**Special project: building support structure for main waterline across a ravine.  We are looking for a few people with building experience to come up Thursday, May 8, to help with the waterline project.  Bring your own food. You will be in a cabin with a kitchen.  First meal prepared by staff will be Friday dinner.

For more information on this special project, please contact Dale Botts, project lead at Dale.botts2@gmail.com.  Please mark the checkbox for “Special Project” if you would like to be a part of this special project and are available to arrive Thursday.

It’s amazing how much we can accomplish together!

We have room for 20 energetic and generous, individuals, age 11 and older, who are willing to spend a little “sweat equity” at Camp. You’ll leave knowing your efforts are appreciated by the staff and will ensure that future campers have a safe and wonderful experience at Camp.

Weather can be variable, so dress in layers and work at your own speed. Wear enclosed shoes and old clothing.

You don’t have to come for the whole time — If you need to leave early on Saturday afternoon that’s okay too. But if you can stay the whole weekend, think of what we can accomplish together! Just let us know in the registration form if you plan to leave early. This information will help us plan tasks and meals.

And Sunday, May 11th is Mother’s Day. We will honor all the moms who come up to work on Mother’s Day! And we will understand if you need to depart to get to a family event.

COVID UPDATE:  Camp no longer requires proof of vaccination at check-in, and we do not require proof of a negative Covid test for weekend camps. If you are not feeling well, please stay home and get well and help to keep others safe.  Thanks for understanding.
