As 2021 comes to a close, we want to thank each person who donated to Camp de Benneville Pines with their time, talent, and treasure. The aftermath of the El Dorado fire, coupled with the pandemic, created so many challenges for our small organization. The Camp Family stepped up in ways we haven’t seen before.

Participation in our Monthly Giving Program remained stable and one-time gifts were at an all time high. So many folks donated their time and talents to help camp recover from the damage caused by the 2020 forest fire and helped to rejuvenate our cabins and campus during our extended period of closure.

Campers and supporters have “shared their love” with de Benneville Pines in an unprecedented way. And, we couldn’t be more grateful for the on-going support. The financial gifts from many, combined with the matching gifts from our wonderful group of “silent” donors, are the reason we are still here.

We are not out of the woods until who knows when? Omicron serves to remind us that we must continue to fight for many months to preserve the things we hold dear. And with your support of camp operations, we will continue to safeguard your spiritual home up on the mountain top.
